Why not give a Pond for Christmas?
Having trouble picking out that perfect gift for your family or friends? Are you one of the lucky ones who already knows the joy associated with the water garden lifestyle? You are in the unique position to share that feeling with those closest to you. Why not give them a pond for Christmas? A low-maintenance and ecologically friendly pond will give them enjoyment for years to come. What better way to surprise your family and friends than by giving them an investment in their landscaping that in turn increases the value of their home. For a limited number of people, we could even arrange a “while you were out” type of surprise for a small feature. Imagine their delight, coming home, schlepping gifts, able to enjoy a brand new waterfall!
There are many sizes of ponds you can choose from such as a 4x6 pond or an acre pond! There are also pondless waterfalls, streams beds and bubbling fountains. Ask yourself what type of pond would best suite your family or friend. Do they have a small or a large yard? Do you think they want fish or are they just into plants, rocks and the sound of moving water? This is a good question to ask, because the fish quickly become pets for pond owners. For those who do not want fish, then a pondless waterfall might be best for them. We have projects to fit every budget. For some, a design consultation gift certificate will give someone the chance to answer those burning questions. Others may opt for a bubbling vase or a small waterfall. You could even add lights in and around your pond or add another waterfall or stream! A gift certificate for a visit with one of our experts might help you fight off the winter blues if used for our spring service visit.
How about those relatives and friends who love to go on vacation in the Great Smokey Mountains? You may want to give them a streambed and pond. That way they can come home from work each day, go into their backyards and be in “Gatlinburg”. They will start saying, why go to Gatlinburg when we have it in our own backyard.
